Yesterday we were all up at 5 am. First it started with a, “Kai, Kai . . . you wake?” while she cuddled his head. Then he woke up . . . and my peaceful morning became a morning of screaming kids, bike riding in a small flat, fighting, loud music and dancing!
They were driving me absolutely bonkers! So much so that my dad offered to give Kai a lift to school, so that I could take Faith to the beach at 6:30 am on a weekday morning!! Actually I think I needed the beach more than her – I needed to center myself, my patience were running low AND it was not even 7am yet!
Here’s a clip of Faith playing in the park. It took a lot of convincing to get her away from her “mountain” that she built in the sand.
“The Young and the Restless”, is this week’s title of a tandem blog, 3 bloggers 1 title. All published on the same day at the same time. Read my fellow tandem blogger’s interpretation by following the below links. Comments are welcome!
You guys really are fortunate to have the beach on your doorstep.
Faith is such a precious little girl. With heaps of energy. I am envious. Oh to be young and restles…
I don’t think I would survive the kids if it weren’t for the beach! I count my waves of blessings everyday 🙂
